Preheat oven to 190 C. Make sure squares of paper or foil are large enough to accommodate fillets with enough excess to permit a tight seal. Generously grease each square with softened butter. Place one fillet in center of each square. Layer each with onion and lemon slices and sprinkle with green onion, dill, thyme, salt and pepper. Top each with 1 slice butter and 2 tablespoons wine. Bring ends of paper together and fold over several times to ensure that no steam escapes. Transfer packets to baking sheet and bake 25 to 30 Minutes.

Remove unopened packets to heated serving platter or individual dinner plates. Carefully slit paper down center using sharp knife and remove contents.
